Swedish-Dutch Defence, Security and Aeronautics Innovation Day and EDF mission
From the 29th march to 01st of april 2022 the Dutch and Swedish actors within Defence gather at the Embassy of The Kingdom of The Netherlands in Stockholm to follow up on the intentions of the bilateral Memorandum of Understanding between the Swedish organization SOFF and the Dutch sister organization NIDV that has been signed on 23 maj 2019 as well as to explore collaboration within new defense-related developments.
The event consists of three different subevents:
29/03: Icebreaker reception at The Embassy
30/03: Swedish-Dutch Defence, Security and Aeronautics Innovation Day
31/03 – 01/04: European Defence Fund (EDF) – mission
During the Swedish-Dutch Defence, Security and Aeronautics Innovation Day, focus will be on latest research and innovations within defence.
During the EDF – mission, focus will be on looking at opportunities for cooperation at European level within future projects of the European Defense Fund (EDF) between more than 30 Dutch and Swedish companies, institutes and universities. EDF provides financial support for European R & D cooperation in the field of defense.
