The Swedish oat milk producer Oatly debuted on the US Nasdaq and is now worth around €10 Billion. Oatly is another fine example of a Swedish company that started from research at the University in Lund, near Malmö. From the research the company started and patented enzyme technology which turns fiber rich oats into nutritional liquid food

The company operates out of the southern region of Sweden with their Headquarters in Malmö and their R&D in Landskrona. Oatly is available in more than 20 countries throughout Europe and Asia.
